Application fee is $30 per adult over 18 years old that is listed on the application. We do credit and background checks on everyone. You have to make "verifiable" income equal to 4 times the rental rate.  You will need copies of your driver's license and social security cards as well as last 4 pay stubs to verify.

Your application is not complete until you have all required information in.  Someone else can get the home before you if you do not have a completed application.  If there is a lot of interest and a lot of apps coming in we may give a cut off date and accept the best application of all presented at that time.
