All homes require security deposit and first months rent to move in.  Security deposit is equivalent to at least one month's rent dependent on credit risk.  All rentals are contingent upon application approval.  There is an application fee of $30 for each person over the age of 18.  Tenants are required to submit two month's verification of income and are subject to credit approval.  Background / eviction checks are performed and references may be required.
